Position: Teller/FSR (Part Time)

Location: Sturbridge 
Description:

Provides efficient, effective and courteous customer service. Processes a variety of transactions. Identifies cross sales opportunities, opens accounts and makes referrals. Maintains updated knowledge of the Bank's products and services.

Minimum Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent. Three to six months banking or retail cash handling/customer service experience. Demonstrated customer service skills. Must be comfortable performing basic math procedures and have good communication and organizational skills. Must be able to use various types of office equipment, including computer terminal. Must be able to work extended or weekend hours.

Position: Customer Information Representative (Full Time)

Location: Customer Information Center - Southbridge

Description:

Provides exemplary customer service at our Call Center that includes answering questions regarding product inquiries and recommending appropriate products and placing orders for customers.Responds to complaints and customer requests; the successful candidate introduces customers to the Bank's website, products and services. The Customer Information Representative performs a variety of services in an efficient, effective, and courteous manner. Candidates must be friendly, energetic, outgoing and willing to sell our products and services to prospective as well as current customers. Position may include night and weekend hours.

Minimum Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent. One to two years of previous banking/customer service experience. Basic web navigation skills, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. Able to handle confidential information.

Position: Branch Manager

Location: N. Oxford
Description:

The Branch Manager performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and employees. Plans and oversees the ongoing activity of assigned branch. Oversees departmental staff. Conducts periodical performance reviews; provides ongoing counseling, training, development and motivation. Participates in the hiring, salary, promotion and termination recommendation process. Carries out ongoing business development programs to promote the Bank's products and services. Actively participates in developing new products and services. Participates in the Bank's Officer Call Program. Participates in setting goals and objectives for the branch in conjunction with Branch Administrator. Prepares reports of branch activity and goal/objective achievements. Monitors annual branch budget. Meets or exceeds assigned personal and branch sales and service goals; educates, coaches and motivates branch staff to recognize and fulfill sales and service expectations. Ensures proper maintenance of Branch grounds, facilities and equipment. Oversees the security of the Branch. Responds to the more complex inquiries and problems. May provide backup to any branch as needed. Counsels customers and provides for effective promotion, sale and service of the Bank's various products and services. Interviews, underwrites and approves and closes consumer loans within lending authority. Interview and provides pre-approval of mortgage loans. Serves on various committees as assigned. Represents the Bank through participation in various community and industry related activities. Actively promotes interest in the Bank whenever and wherever possible. Keeps abreast of regulatory compliance and developments for assigned area and apprises staff of same. Recommends procedural changes as needed to support prescribed requirements. Provides customers with counsel and advice within scope of authority. Troubleshoots and reconciles problems and complaints referred by customers and subordinates. Plans and oversees the ongoing activity of assigned branch. Excellent customer service, business development and problem solving skills. Working knowledge of the Bank's products and services.

Minimum Skills: Associates degree plus specialized course work and training preferred. Five years progressive banking experience. Demonstrated managerial skills. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop branch staff. Registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required. Successful verification of loan originator elegibility through Housing and Urban Development and Excluded Parties List System. Must have knowledge of regulatory compliance. Strong sales abilities and negotiation skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proven ability to read, write and communicate effectively in a professional setting. Proficient with various compter software programs. Ability to use office equipments, including faxes, copiers, computers and cellular phone.
